The people you will work with
Every project is led by the consultant whose discipline it concerns. You speak directly with the person doing the work, not through an account manager.

How a small team handles broadcast projects
With four consultants, responsibilities are clear and handovers are few. Each project has a lead whose discipline matches the problem, and the others contribute when their area is touched by the work.
What guides the way we advise and document
Television and live media leave little room for error, because a mistake is seen or heard by an audience as it happens. Our principles come from that pressure. They shape how we plan, how we write things down and how we treat the people running the show. They are working habits, visible in every project.
Clarity
Clarity means plans that a tired operator can follow at the end of a long day. We label diagrams plainly, write procedures in short steps and explain our reasoning so you can challenge it. If a document needs us to interpret it, we consider it unfinished. Clear signal paths and clear instructions reduce the small confusions that grow into on-air faults.
Reliability
Reliability shows in the unglamorous details: spare paths in a signal chain, tested fallbacks and procedures for when something fails. We design for the show that goes slightly wrong, not only the one that goes to plan. We also keep our commitments to clients, delivering documents when we said we would and answering questions promptly after a project closes.
Craft
Craft is the care taken over small decisions, such as the angle of a fixture, the choice of lens or the placement of a monitor. Our consultants come from hands-on studio backgrounds and still care how things look and sound. We check our own work on the floor, because a plan that reads well on paper may still fail in the room.
