Anyone who visits glitara.net, the website of glitara, or contacts us through it does so under the conditions set out below. Please read them before using the site; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Who we are and what these terms cover
glitara, 14 Trafalgar Lane, Brighton BN1 4ED, United Kingdom, is the provider of this website. Enquiries about the site and about the conditions below can be addressed to hello@glitara.net or 01273 244 063. Written notices may also be sent to the address given above.
The conditions on this page apply to the whole website, including its subpages and the contact form, in the version published at the time of your visit. Where you have concluded a separate written agreement with glitara, that agreement prevails over these terms.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints about the website or about our services can be sent in writing to hello@glitara.net or raised by phone on 01273 244 063. We look into every complaint and reply with our view of the matter. Before court proceedings are started, the parties will attempt to settle the dispute between themselves.
Links to other websites
This website may link to pages of other providers. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it; each operator answers for its own pages. If you tell us that a linked page has become unlawful, we check the link and remove it where necessary.
Nature of the published information
The pages describe the work of glitara in general terms and may change at any time. Nothing published here is a binding offer or a promise of a certain result; an agreement with us comes about only when we confirm a request or sign a separate contract with you.
General descriptions of our work cannot take account of anyone's individual circumstances and are therefore not professional advice. Before acting on anything you read here, please speak to us or to another qualified adviser about your particular case. No advisory relationship arises from reading these pages.
Copyright and trademarks
All texts, images, logos and designs on this website belong to glitara or its licensors and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without our prior written permission, except for private, non-commercial use. Company names and marks shown here may be protected even where no ownership symbol appears.
Enquiries through the site
You are responsible for the content and accuracy of what you send us through the contact form or by email, and must be entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive personal data this way; call 01273 244 063 to agree another channel. We use your message only to answer your enquiry.
Availability of the website
glitara.net is offered as it stands, without a promise of constant availability. The site may be offline for a while because of maintenance, faults or events outside our control, and content may be revised or taken down at any time; no page has to stay published.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, glitara is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or from its being unavailable, including indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Permitted use
You may use this site to learn about our work and to get in touch with us. Anything that harms the site, other visitors or third parties is not allowed, including attempts to get around security measures, automated harvesting of content and unsolicited advertising through the form.
Governing law and changes
The law of England and Wales applies to these terms and to the use of glitara.net. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules in force where you live, and a dispute may be brought before the courts that are competent for you.
Should a provision of these terms be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. We may change these terms when the website, our services or the rules that apply to us change; the version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
