Nothing is bought on this website. Every project starts with a conversation and a written quotation, and payment follows the work by bank transfer.
Send an enquiry
Use the contact form to describe your studio, your show and the problem to solve. Include a floor plan or equipment list if you have one, but rough notes are enough to begin.
Short conversation
We reply by email and, if useful, arrange a call to ask about crew size, venue limits and timing. This conversation is free and commits you to nothing.
Written quotation
We send a quotation or confirmation stating the scope, what is included, what would change the price and the expected timing. You review it and confirm by reply.
Work and delivery
We carry out the agreed work and send drawings, schedules or the written review. Where a site visit is part of the scope, the date is agreed with you in advance.
Invoice and payment
An invoice follows, payable by bank transfer to the account shown on it. Cancellations and refunds are handled under the payment and refund policy.
